Looking for a particular task? Tasks can be filtered using a variety of criteria by clicking the “Filter Options” button at the top right of any of the main project views. We’ll show the project list video to demonstrate this below. The filter button displays when you hover the mouse over the funnel icon.
You can filter by Project Name, Company Name, Project Status, Task Status, Payment Status or Awaiting Response.
“Awaiting Response” is a useful tool. Displaying projects that are “Awaiting Response” will show projects where a client (external user) has sent the last message in the discussion page of a project and is likely to be waiting for a reply from your team. Keeping this list clear is a great way to ensure you’re offering great communication to your clients.
Filtering works across all the different views – list, calendar, scheduler, kanban.
Once you have completed your search a filter box will show at the top of the page displaying the filter criteria you have selected. At the right hand side of this box you’ll see a copy icon. If you click this it will copy a link to the search criteria so you can save this link as a bookmark, which will take you straight back to the page with that filter criteria applied. A very useful shortcut!
