Communication Statistics 2020

Communication is fundamentally important to business success – and yet it’s something that so many people tell us they struggle with. To get a better understanding of how people feel about communication in their workplace, we surveyed 238 respondents in late 2019. We asked them about communication, productivity, software and more.
